1. Using the Site and Requesting Service
By using this website or contacting ACJ Electronics for a diagnostic, repair, setup, or quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request service through the published contact channels.
2. Service Scope
ACJ Electronics provides electronics diagnostics, repair, setup, installation support, and related technical guidance. Actual service availability depends on the device condition, required parts, safety considerations, and whether the requested work is practical to perform.
3. Diagnostics, Quotes, and Approval
Inspection and triage may be needed before a final repair path can be confirmed. Any price, timeline, or parts direction shared before inspection is an estimate unless ACJ clearly states otherwise. Paid repair work starts only after the customer approves the proposed service path.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and a clear description of the issue.
- Remove passwords, account locks, or accessories when they are not required for testing, unless ACJ asks that they remain with the device.
- Back up important data before service whenever possible.
5. Parts, Turnaround, and Device Handling
Turnaround depends on the fault, parts availability, testing needs, and current workload. Some repairs may require additional approval after deeper inspection. If a device shows unrelated or hidden defects during service, ACJ will explain the finding before expanding the work scope.
6. Warranty and Claim Process
ACJ Electronics currently publishes a one-month workmanship warranty baseline for covered hardware repairs. Coverage applies only to the repaired fault or replacement part stated in the service record and depends on normal customer handling after release. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, drops, misuse, power-related events, unauthorized third-party work, or unrelated faults. Customers should use the published warranty page for service-type terms, claim steps, and exclusions.
7. Payments, Release, and Unclaimed Devices
Charges are due according to the agreed service arrangement before final release unless ACJ states a different payment schedule. If a device is not claimed promptly after service communication, ACJ may contact the customer again to arrange release or confirm the next action.
8. Liability Limits
To the extent allowed by law, ACJ Electronics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability for a service dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service order that is directly in question.
9. Website Content and Advertising
This website displays advertising served by third parties, including Google. Those advertisements are selected and delivered by the ad network, not chosen or reviewed by ACJ Electronics, and their appearance here is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any advertiser, product, or service. ACJ Electronics is not responsible for the content of an advertisement or for anything that happens on a site you reach by clicking one. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
Information about the cookies used by our advertising and analytics partners, and the controls for opting out of personalized advertising, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Guides, Reviews, and Affiliate Disclosure
The troubleshooting guides, pricing articles, and tool reviews published on this site are written from ACJ Electronics' own bench experience and are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for an in-person diagnostic, and following them is at your own risk. Electronics work can involve mains voltage, stored charge, and damaged lithium batteries, so stop and ask for help when a step is beyond your equipment or training.
Prices, part availability, and turnaround figures quoted in articles are indicative only and change over time. Tool reviews reflect independent opinion; where an article involves an affiliate or sponsored arrangement, that relationship is disclosed within the article itself.
11. Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, diagrams, checklists, and layout published on this site are owned by ACJ Electronics unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing, bulk copying, or reusing this material commercially requires written permission. Product names and logos that appear in guides belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the devices being discussed.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service or the website changes. The revision date is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
13. Contact Details
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@acjelectronics.com or discussed through the phone number published on the Contact page during business hours.
